Following are the cons for students at Aakash 1) Teachers get changed very frequently. 2) This change is being ruled by a few of those students who have no connection with study or have no life goals. 3)New teacher focuses on the entertainment of those students who give them positive ratings, due to this good one suffers a lot. 4) Due to frequent changes of faculty, syllabus delays and new teachers skip many topics for syllabus completion on time. 5) Since teachers are afraid of their ratings , hence they are not able to scold those students who disturb the class. 6)Aakash just sees their revenue, they don't even consider those students who are genuinely desiring a good environment. 7) No results in JEE 2025 from this centre. Following are the cons for Faculty to join Aakash 1) They are judged on the basis of their ratings only 2) The academic head of Engineering is the one who doesn't want any new faculty to grow and has better feedback than him if the subject is the same. 3) The internal politics is so dirty that some of the senior faculties never want you to have any benefits like leaves, recognition, opportunities to teach good quality students batches. 4) Even the other AH will judge you on the basis of rumours. 5) some of the old faculties are doing this kind of dirty politics just to save their own job. 6) Some of the newly joined faculties are forced to resign just to save the ego of a student of any class even though class 8th also. 7) After spending time there and understanding the culture of Aakash, you will get to know that they don't respect teachers at all. They made such a toxic work culture where teachers are the enemy of other junior teachers. Aakash made teachers no less than the dancing slut of red light who gets more money on the basis of ratings by debauchery .

Be cautious of the seemingly perfect reviews you might find online. **A Dream Turned Sour** In December 2022, I joined Aakash with high hopes, eager to prepare for 9th grade. My classes began in March, and for the first two months, everything seemed promising. However, things went downhill quickly. **Unruly Students and Disengaged Faculty** The student environment was chaotic. Most seemed driven by external pressures, not a genuine desire to learn. Respect for teachers was scarce, with disruptions and a general lack of focus. Only a handful of students, myself included, were truly invested in learning. The faculty, with a few exceptions, were disappointing. Many seemed uninspired, going through the motions with minimal engagement. One teacher, nicknamed "Chaprasi" (meaning errand boy), epitomized this disinterest. Only the biology teacher stood out for their passion and dedication. **Unnecessary Stress and Dubious Tactics** Adding to the pressure, Aakash included social studies and English in the curriculum, subjects most students likely mastered in regular school. This felt like a ploy to increase workload and justify their fees. **My Escape and Advice** Thankfully, in September, I left Aakash. My parents and I were relieved. Don't blindly follow the crowd when choosing a coaching institute.
