Extremely disappointing experience Not only did I find the study materials and teaching methods subpar for PTE, but the center also refused to refund my fees when I wanted to withdraw from the program after 2 days. Despite my struggles to understand the concepts and poor results, the instructors showed no support or flexibility. The center's policy is rigid and only favors their interests, not the students'. I was stuck with a significant financial loss and a wasted opportunity. Beware of their misleading promises and inflexible refund policies. I would not recommend this center to anyone.

The faculty as well as infrastructure is tremendously outstanding. Moreover teachers are really very supportive and i am really very satisfied with the quality of education. Only with touchstone staff i was able to achieve much more than desired band score.

"I recently completed my IELTS course successfully at Touchstone.Growing up speaking only one language which made my learning pace of any strange language harder ; I was initially at odds as I was not sure to take the course and my low self esteem made the choice more difficult. But here at touchstone , the patience, understanding and attention given by trainers to detail of modules was very instrumental.They helped in my understanding some opportunities and had and created solutions to remedy them. While studying I identified the right pace at which conversation should take place, the right choice of words to use in the work place, and what syllables I should stress in certain words. One of the best institutes I have experienced in Ambala city . I would really appreciate the core hard work of teachers and the efforts by them. I would recommend everyone to study here and complete to desire to study in abroad.

Wasted my time and money. No services or efforts for GT students. I do not recommend anyone to join touchstone Ambala branch specifically because its not worth it. At the time of joining, they will make promices but they never do anything to fulfill them. One teacher is handelling two classes at one time. Staff shortage, plus u will feel like u r being trained by some college girls standing in uniform. Unqualified, inexperienced and unprofessional staff. Pathetic experience. U will get to know yourself when u will hear their English pronunciation. Instead do self study at home, u will definately score more. Prices are too high, services are zero. In a nutshell, unchi dukan, pheeka pakwan...

Touchstone is a best institution and my experience in touchstone was good . I get confidence and my english level is increase. It was good experience for me. Teachers always motivate the students.
