Soumyadeep Dada, I really don’t know if I will ever be able to fully express your importance and value in my life. Thank you so much for making this Google Form, I honestly don’t know what the final outcome will be, but I truly learned a lot from you. You are an inspiring star in my life. My seniors had told me that Dada is very strict, so I should be careful, but surprisingly, learning with you felt easy and comfortable. The way you teach makes learning feel simple and achievable. You explain things with so much clarity and patience that even difficult concepts start feeling less scary. You never made me feel judged for asking questions or making mistakes; instead, you encouraged me to keep trying and improving. Your teaching style helped me gain confidence in myself and trust the process of learning. I will never forget the times I went to you to ask if I should keep biology or not, every time your answer was 'dutoi rakh' with a smile :') Thank you for always motivating me, especially when you said "hoiya jaibo, korte thak" at a time when I had almost given up. You listened to my problems with patience and gave me some of the best advice I have ever received. I am truly grateful to have had you as my mentor in this journey. For me,Faction is the best institute for Biology and Physics in whole state.They provide the best quality of teaching and guidance for competitive exams like NEET and JEE. Niladri Sir explains concepts in a very clear and conceptual manner. His way of teaching makes even difficult topics easy to understand and remember. He focuses not only on theory but also on NCERT-based explanations and NEET-oriented questions, which helped me strengthen my basics and improve accuracy. Soumyadeep Sir is an excellent teacher who simplifies complex numerical problems and concepts. His logical approach and step-by-step explanations made physics much less intimidating. He ensures that students understand the concept behind every formula, which is extremely helpful for competitive exams like NEET and JEE. Personally,I felt Niladri Sir and Soumyadeep Sir treated us not like students but like their little brothers.Their guidance and motivation helped me to achieve my dream.

As a student you see many facets of a teacher, who is willing to put forward all that he knows for you to learn. He may be stern or soft or maybe even harsh sometimes but what he really has in the deepest corner of his mind is that constant worry about your welfare. I have had studied under the guidance of Somyadeep dada for about a year and it is with no hint of doubt that I can say that he's one of the best teachers going on about in the scene. He is like an elder brother to each and every student (not just me). I am fortunate enough to have studied under the guidance of a few excellent minds and one of them is him.

Physics classes at Faction Institute are honestly the best. Soumyadeep Sir not only teaches us concepts but also creates a super interactive and supportive learning environment. The classes are interactive and easy to understand, and the doubt sessions are actually fun. No matter how silly our doubts are, whenever we put in effort, Sir never scolds us and always explains everything very patiently. He is always encouraging and helps us understand and improve. Whenever we feel low or confused, we can go and talk to Soumyadeep Sir without hesitation. He is very kind, and we can freely share all our doubts with him. Learning physics here feels comfortable, motivating, and stress-free.

At beginning I was very scared and doubtful but gradually my confusion were gone and I think I am grateful for being a part of this journey of faction education...sir really is a wonderful teacher and adviser . He teaches the difficult concepts in a simple way that a average student too can understand...his teaching style is amazing like completing the concept and solving problems in class. I get easily demotivated...but his positive words really motivates and encourage me. About asking doubt I was not so active because I was too shy to ask and it was totally my fault But...to juniors I will say that never hesitate to ask doubt to sir...he never compare students and show solutions to everyone equally...this much only...
