Star Travels Ujjain

We are a group of retired senior citizens from various Government departments and roam around on religious/leisure trips. For a trip to Ujjain, indore and omkareshwar, I searched online for a reliable agency and tried Star Travel, Ujjain. Spoke to Rachna Thakure - very soft and professional. Rachna not only replied to my queries but sketched out a 3night/4 day trip with very competitive rates and convinced me that for senior citizens, Star travel is the best. On my ok, Rachna booked very comfortable transport, lovely accommodation with instructions to render high quality service, which we got. One step ahead, to know the service, Rachna personally met the group in Ujjain. We all were excited. She is really an asset to the company. Since we have some spare time in Omkareswar, our request to extend the package to Maheshwari Nath was approved. Our heartiest thanks and Good Luck to Star Travel. Our trip was exciting and wonderful. Very comfortable rating 5* . We are back to Delhi, with a bag full of sweet memories. Will recommend our circle, colleagues to make Star Travel a first choice. The tour experience of Mahakaal Nagri was great and memorable. The tour organiser Aayushi was always available at every step, clarify queries, pre-booking the VIP tikets for hassle free darshan and managing trips expertly. Suggestion: I suggest the vehicle operator hires more drivers. The drivers, although good and try to cover maximum spots, but last moment driver changes, fuelling vehicle at the last moment causes unnecessary delays. Hiring more may solve the delays. Otherwise, the trip was good. My suggestion to all the visitors is to leave early to cover all the spots and also maintain the list of your spots, confirm with the drivers as they may not know the spots if the driver changes. Otherwise the trip was good. Special thanks to the manager, Aayushi, for her constant availablity and assistance. Well done

Fantastic experience delivered by Star travels Ujjain. Niharika was our executive, extremely supportive, very accomodative and exceptionally professional. Listened to all the requirements carefully, curated the package exactly as per my requirements, and added whatever I asked for, and finally delivered a fantastic experience overall. I had an amazing 3-day spiritual journey to Ujjain, Omkareshwar, and Indore with Star Travels Ayushi! From smooth arrangements to quick responses to all my questions, everything felt well taken care of. The car was comfortable, and the hotels offered a pleasant stay. The only thing I’d suggest is picking hotels in better locations to cut down on travel time. Overall, it was a truly memorable trip filled with wonderful experiences
