I completed my driving class from K2 driving school and got my license. I have to mention about the instructors and the vehicle maintenance., my instructors were patient, observed our driving and helped a lot in improving skills. It made me to gain confidence to drive alone in traffic. And definitely I will take the advises of my instructors to drive well in future. Big thanks to my Instructors Mr.Kumaresan and Mr.Thirumoorthy for their valuable guidance throughout the class.. Thanks to the staffs of K2 for helping me from LLR to getting my license. I,my family and friends have been taking service form K two for last 15 years . Now I went for my car hypothecation. They said usually it is a 1 day process and in my case they said it will 2-3 days take time since there is change in phone number linked to RC After a week I went for follow-up . Their staff (he said his name is Shibu ) has responded to me in a rude way saying we will call once work is over. And when I asked for timelines he is responding in a disrespectful way and without any customer respect. I have paid a premium for there Service. But his response is like he is doing it for free. The Name and trust build by Mr. Kumerasen got shattled in seconds . Please educate your staffs to handle customers.

Especially I want to thank Renu ma'am and Kumaresan sir for their dedicated service in training and getting the licence. The people in the office also take care of each and everything related to the driving classes in a meticulous manner. Best end-to-end service.
