The classes were well-organized, and the practical sessions helped me gain confidence on the road. The staff THASNI was also very supportive with scheduling and documentation, which made the whole process smooth. I would definitely recommend this driving school to anyone who wants to learn driving in a safe and professional way.

Felt More Like a Scam Than a Course I joined the DFL (Diploma in Forklift Operation) course at A2Z Driving School in Ernakulam in October 2024. It was clearly advertised as a 3-month course, but it ended up taking 8 months — and even now, I haven’t received the complete training that was promised. The whole process was full of delays, poor communication, and zero proper coordination. I got only 5 days of theory, and practical sessions were either postponed, shifted around, or simply not arranged. My test was booked multiple times without informing me, and I had to keep calling and following up just to get what I had already paid for. It felt like I was begging for classes instead of being treated like a student. To be fair, the instructors who handled the sessions were kind and helpful. I have no issues with them. But the way the course was managed after admission was nothing short of careless. They promised to complete the remaining classes in a short period — but even then, I was never given the full training. When I raised my concerns, especially to a staff member named Shincy ma’am, I was shocked by her response. She simply told me, "I don’t have any issues with your complaints, I’ve already spoken to sir." That made me feel like my entire experience didn’t matter. My calls were ignored, and I didn’t get any proper answers or support. I filed a formal complaint with their complaint cell, and the only reply I got was: "Yes sir, I have received and checked your complaint. I think it has been solved. I think you got classes from Alappuzha." But this was never just about one class. I clearly explained how this dragged on for 8 months, how it affected me mentally, wasted my time and money, and caused a lot of unnecessary stress. I even followed up asking whether anyone had actually read what I wrote — but I got no response after that. There were many moments when I truly felt like I had fallen into a scam. If I hadn’t pushed hard, travelled back and forth, and kept following up, I would’ve never even reached the test. I finally passed it — but not because the system worked. It was only because I didn’t give up. And yet, even after all this, I still haven’t received the full class that was promised to me. No student should have to go through this kind of experience. A2Z needs to seriously change how they treat students and manage their courses. This was not what I signed up for, and I hope no one else has to deal with what I went through.

It was a very nice experience with the Professionalism and reception by Ms. Dhanya, Bindhya, Amrutha. Excellent coordination and updation by Ms. Khadima and Ms. Benita. Experienced instructors delivering excellent classes on the road and in the classroom. Moreover a big thanks to Mr. Pradeep Lalan Milan who is really an approachable managing director and I wish him and his A2Z a great growth in upcoming years. PS: I would like to suggest to pick up the phone and speak anybody in the office when the phone rings.

Very bad they took my phone and rated by themself on my phone don't waste your money by taking cources you can take licences taking courses are useless waste of money
