Right after I posted my negative review, I received a call from your team, and the first thing I was told was that you had given me LMS access and that I should remove the review. That made it feel like the review mattered more than understanding the issue I was actually facing. Throughout the course, I had to follow up repeatedly to complete what I had already paid for. Until the second installment was pending, all conversations were smooth, and my concerns were acknowledged. But once the payment was completed, communication stopped completely. No one reached out afterward, even though learning was my main concern and I kept following up. Ma’am still tried her best on her end. What's funny is that no one seemed bothered to contact me while I was genuinely asking for help, but the moment I posted a negative review, I was contacted immediately. This gave the impression that protecting the institute’s image was a higher priority than ensuring students get proper teaching and support. My intention was never to give a negative review but to share honest and genuine feelings about the support I received from the institute, even after voicing my concerns.
