I have enrolled Digital Marketing course back in October 2024, being clueless what to do and even I am transitioning into digital marketing career from a teacher. But my experience in My captain is beyond my expectations. The curriculum is well designed and the Mento who we also called Captian is best in the industry specially Sachin Gowda who teaches Performance Marketing. Right now I am placed as a TA Intern - Digital Marketing in Internshala through their collaborative and supportive placement team. So don't think twice before enrolling into My captain and feel the change you are seeking in your personal as well as professional lives.

I enrolled in the MyCaptain / Imarticus Learning program with high expectations based on their advertisements. Unfortunately, the actual experience was very different from what was promised. • The teaching quality was not at all structured • Assignments were not checked on time • No proper guidance or support from the faculty • Delayed responses and no accountability • The overall training did not match the marketing claims Even after raising concerns multiple times, there was no proper resolution, and they simply repeated "non-refundable policy" without addressing the quality issues. I have already raised a formal grievance with the National Consumer Helpline (NCH) and initiated a chargeback with my bank due to "service not delivered as promised." Posting this review so that other students are aware before enrolling. I hope the organisation improves the quality of teaching and support provided to learners.

My journey with MyCaptain has been a great experience. Particularly I really enjoyed the Medical writing course conducted by Dr Aparna Gurudiwan. I was always comfortable in asking my queries and sharing my opinions during the lecture classes and the tasks gave a lot of opportunity to learn the new and fascinating things. Thank you so much MyCaptain for giving me the chance to unleash my true potential!!

I joined the Digital Marketing Pro course by MyCaptain through a scholarship, and it turned out to be great value for money. The classes are beginner-friendly, the support team resolved all my queries, and the placement support was excellent – I even secured a brand management internship. Highly recommend for beginners in digital marketing!

The classes so far have been engaging, and the discussions around various topics are insightful. However, much of the time is spent in conversation rather than structured teaching. While this approach works well for participants who already have prior knowledge or experience such as graphic designers it can be challenging for freshers to fully grasp how things function and how to get started. It would be highly beneficial if the sessions could also be structured with beginners in mind. A step-by-step breakdown on what to start with, how to approach the work, and the process behind the tasks would help newcomers build confidence and clarity, instead of focusing primarily on what needs to be submitted in assignments. From my perspective, a balance between open discussions and guided instruction would make the sessions more inclusive. Clearer foundational explanations and live demonstrations at the beginner level, followed by exploratory discussions, could ensure that both freshers and experienced participants are equally supported in their learning journey. And the assignments are taking too long to be reviewed which indeed is leading to not understanding what the comments are on if we are doing it right or wrong for the following assignments.
