The faculty for these subjects focused on building fundamentals, explained concepts clearly, and helped create a solid base, which was genuinely useful for analytics. The communication skills and interview preparation sessions were handled well. Guidance, mock interviews, and coordination during placements were supportive. The person coordinating with company representatives was helpful and responsive during the placement process. That said, my experience with Python training was not effective. The sessions relied heavily on ready-made code without enough explanation or step-by-step logic. For programming, this approach made it harder to truly understand concepts compared to the teaching style used in other technical subjects. During consultation, salary expectations were discussed based on local companies versus MNCs. In practice, most opportunities were with local companies, and some roles brought in from larger organizations were not closely aligned with an analytics background. This may also be influenced by external factors such as a saturated job market and limited analytics opportunities in Vadodara, which is not a major analytics or tech hub. Exposure to companies from other cities also seemed limited. Overall: A good institute for building analytics fundamentals and improving communication skills. Placement support is sincere, but outcomes depend on market conditions, location, and individual effort.
