I completed a Data Analyst course from 360DigiTMG. At the time of joining, it was clearly communicated that job assistance and interview opportunities would be provided. However, till date, I have not received a single job offer or interview call. I paid the entire course fee in installments. During the payment period, I received regular follow-up calls. Unfortunately, after the full payment was completed, there has been no follow-up regarding interviews or placement support. No internal interviews were conducted, nor was any concrete guidance provided. I was regular in attending online lectures, consistently submitted assignments, and actively practiced SQL and Python (writing 100+ lines of code). I also shared my work and notes in the group, but there was no review, feedback, or acknowledgement. There is a significant gap between what is promised during lectures and what is delivered in practical implementation. Freshers join such programs with trust and hope for career guidance, and this kind of experience is discouraging. I request the institute to take responsibility for the commitments made and provide proper placement assistance. Please do not play with the careers of freshers.
