ExcelR- Data Science, Data Analyst, Business Analyst Course Training Chennai

Initially after enrolling to the course I attended 2sessions, and felt bit of more people in one batch which is difficult to answer all of our doubts and felt like more time will be consumed as am already working in company and couldn't take much time to spare on this course. So I asked counselor 'elakiya' to check, she suggested other timings also and enrolled on behalf of me. Later I felt couldn't concentrate and spend time for this so I asked for refund and she mentioned their refund policy doesn't allow as I took few sessions and their policy doesn't have option to make refund. Later then I had issue with processing my emi conversion which was addressed during the paying it for course I have selected 6months emi option then due to unforeseen it is not converted into emi and my billing date has been generated with full amount. Then I had bit verbal fight with the counselor and her manager, they tried in different way of helping and rectifying the issue l, still nothing worked. Then contacted shopsee person they told it's converted in their side check with bank, then I had several followups with my bank and finally it has been converted. Out of frustration I have posted the comment due to my call negligence by the counsellor and manager Later after converting my payment into emi i informed the institute and continuing the course now. But still when I told about family concern and I couldn't continue refund doesn't work, but I should have read the refund policy before I spoke with counsellor elakiya, if I have read that I wouldn't have the verbal fight with her. It's none of our mistake. It's just out of frustration this had happened. Both of them have did convinced me and my husband as well for things that gone wrong. So now everything goes well.

Worst experience. Fake promises of the placements. Worst co ordinators . Does not provide feedback on time. Wasted lots of time for interviews and placements and eventually they revert, position went on hold. Pathetic process and no seriousness towards the students just wasting our time. Will never ever recommend. Rude team members

i request don't joining this institution i pay 37K there's not provide job placement and course also not proper guidance i asking class quires no response i join February 2025 still I'm not getting placement after he's provide job call center job 14k salary fake off Please please don't Weaste you money please join u r nearby of-line class 100% better

I was disappointed that the institute didn’t share any course details but asked for my personal information and how I got their contact number. When I chose not to share my details and other person details, I was told that they couldn’t give me any information either. This kind of response is not helpful and doesn’t give a good impression of the institute. A*hil, you seriously need to learn how to communicate to client—being polite and professional makes a big difference.

I've experienced extremely poor management at ExcelR. Despite attending only 9 days of classes, I wasn't satisfied and faced personal issues that prevented me from continuing. Unfortunately, when I informed the management and Ayusha Khandelwal about my decision to withdraw and request a refund, they completely ignored my concerns and failed to initiate the refund process. To add insult, ExcelR's customer care blocked my number, preventing me from seeking resolution. I strongly advise prospective students to thoroughly review ExcelR's terms and conditions before enrolling, as their refund policy and customer support are severely lacking.

Excellent course - very clear. The course has helped provide a starting point for understanding advanced excel, power bi and tableau, which certainly will prove useful in my current work/projects. The instructors are very friendly, they explained each and every doubt very clearly. Skill up final training from Excel R I learn quantitative aptitude, verbal, reasoning skills from this institute with free of cost. This skills was useful to me to attend placement drive. The overall session was so good
