Not good enough for upsc. I would like to share my personal experience. I joined the institute in April 2023, and by August 2023, they hadn't properly completed a single subject. For example: Art and culture: No notes were provided. Ethics: Notes were not provided, and there was no regular test series. Environment: The subject was started but not completed, and notes were not provided. Modern history: While it began in April, less than half of the portion was covered, and they did not evaluate our answers properly. Even after five months, essential subjects like economics, polity, and geography had not been started. They promised backup classes, but it turned out to be an empty promise. Regarding CSAT classes, I would like to add that they were good, and I have no complaints. Regarding the class timings, there were two classes a day, but each class hardly took 2-2:30 hours to complete, which meant they barely taught for an hour. As for the fees, I did not pay my second and third installments to them because I continuously asked for notes and other materials, but they only responded with "we will provide," with no indication of when. Given the lack of proper classes, guidance, and facilities, I am thankful that I did not pay my fees in one installment; otherwise, I would have regretted it. Consequently, I eventually stopped attending classes and answering calls because it was simply a waste of time. I'm sorry but you are the true spammers
