I had a very disappointing experience with this coaching institute. The quality of teaching is extremely poor. Most of the teachers seem unprofessional and lack proper subject knowledge. The staff behavior is also very rude and unhelpful. The person sitting at the reception name (mikke) talks in a very uneducated and disrespectful manner. If a student goes to him for any query, he gets irritated and starts behaving aggressively instead of helping. The director of the coaching only gives false assurances. He comes, says things like "everything will be fixed" or "we will take care of it," and then leaves without actually solving any problems. Nothing ever improves. I wasted 3 years of my time and a lot of money in this coaching institute. Looking back, it was one of the worst decisions of my academic life. If you are a serious aspirant and genuinely care about your future, please do not join this coaching. This institute will only waste your time, money, and potential.

Reading in this institute is a real pleasure for me, and I believe that it will definitely help all the other students who are in search of a institute for UPSC and BPSC. The teachers here have a great experience of teaching students. They focus on each and every student in the class. The management here is also very friendly. Regular tests are organised, and there results are also announced well. Hopefully my text will help everyone who are in search of this.
