I would like to share my disappointing experience with your administration team, particularly with a staff member named Viswa. I had approached your institution to enquire about the TNEB exam-related courses, and was asked to hold an offer for the day by paying ₹1000. However, due to some personal reasons, I later informed that I would not be able to proceed with the course. Unfortunately, your team declined to refund the amount paid in full. Viswa, from your administration, was extremely unprofessional and dismissive during the conversation. He repeatedly mentioned that he had no time and that many candidates were waiting in the queue, which came across as rude and disrespectful. Rather than assisting with my queries, he blocked me on WhatsApp, further worsening the experience. Hari was the person who initially reached out to me on WhatsApp, but the entire process lacked transparency. It is concerning that even for a simple enquiry, payment is being collected. As someone from an IT background just exploring the course, I found this approach unwelcoming and unprofessional. Students should be given proper guidance before being expected to pay or join. Only ₹500 was refunded, and I kindly request that the remaining tax amount also be refunded to my GPay number. I hope you consider this feedback seriously. The behavior and attitude of your administrative staff, especially someone representing your institution, can significantly affect your reputation. I urge you to assign more staff for handling queries and to ensure a professional and student-friendly approach going forward. Your staff wantedly asked me to pay 1000 to hold the offer. Kindly refund my amnt which is apart from tax. Only 500 was refunded. I not even filled the application how it will be considered as full paid amnt . Your staff conveying that it's already deducted by the govt as gst for advance amnt whatever I paid. This is too stupid ..

The class is very very useful...first thank from my heart...and my only suggestion is , since I m very much beginner, I need a classes which have introduction and important points too remember..becoz in control systems topic mam has directly went with the problems..I could never understand and I skip that week..first week of networks I have definitely satisfied...so may be more number of experienced candidates are in so u are going faster...but this feel some difficulty to the beginners..as a beginner I need some attention on us.. I suggest if taking class on networks all the network concepts to be completed before going the next unit is will be fully satisfied..which may have some links to understand what is going and what we completed fully... Since it's a free class I m very much thankful to the team... and pls focus on the beginners tooo..sorry if I'm wrong anything
