Customer Reviews
SA IAS ACADEMY has a rating of 4.9 out of 5 based on over 449 reviews on Google
Excellent & well performing IAS coaching academy. As a student I was very much satisfied with their coaching and assessment. Well knowledge staffs with current scenario experiences on exams. The level of dedication towards its students and their careers was immense. Their motto is not only lies in their words but also in their work & coaching. Their fee structure and payment methods helped me so far particularly we can pay in 3 instalments and demo class which gives us the trust in their coaching. Especially their promise of one exam payment for lifetime coaching was extra ordinary and really appreciable initiative. Overall a well versed, organised coaching centre of knowledgeable staffs and brilliant future officers (students) Highlights of academy : 1.perfect class schedule 2.weekly test syllabus provided at starting of the week 3.weekly current affairs class and its pdf and ppt 4. timely exam notification alert to students 5.online application for tnpsc and upsc exam 6.live/recorded class for absent student who have valuable reason for leave 7.motivational session given by recent achiever weekly keeps us motivated 8. study hall facility on all days of the month
"I had an excellent experience at SA IAS ACADEMY , MOST IMPORTANT part of my coaching is motivational sessions , venkat sir personally guides every one , all the staff here knows every students name , even staff here gives personal advise and encouragement during any personal problem if we face , because students like me from other district needs some personal help also from centre in that point i received lots of help from the academy , even during financial struggles they never urged for fees, this made me to have a heartful touch with academy , weekly at least twice aspirants who recently cleared exam got posting visits academy which keeps student like me motivated , their step by step ( easy level to hard) test series initially easy standard questions will be provided later they slowly moves to the upsc hard standard which helped me a lot because from the first test i scored good gradually i improved my self , The faculty members are highly knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely invested in every student’s success. Their teaching methods are clear and practical, making even tough topics easy to understand. The study materials are well-structured, updated, and perfectly aligned with the latest exam patterns. I also appreciated the regular mock tests and personal feedback sessions, which boosted my confidence and improved my performance. If you’re serious about cracking government exams, this is the place to be!"
I joined after looking at Google reviews, but Google reviews are not suitable. I have been studying for 18 months and this is my and my frnds opinion... There are only two teachers, no mentor, the class is not standard for UPSC Mains, only for Prelims. There is no complete syllabus for UPSC standard in the weekly test. no mock test. Even if you have any doubts, no one will clarify without a mentor. The study material is of poor quality and not updated more no details, no refferences standard books, no magazine, no ncert books... And then no wifi for all students. There is no material in the institute on reality, art and culture. Class time is not maintained. Last year, no one could pass the UPSC Preliminary exam. They conduct only the Mains test in 1 or 2 tests. Me, my seniors and my batchmates join another academy without UPSC standard. They do not teach basic UPSC standards for all subjects. *Society*, *Social Justice,* *Internal Security, Art and Culture* classes are not even taught. They do not teach Mains writing practice, essays at all. CSAT and current affairs are taught to any senior student . I wasted for 18 months and (1.5 Lakh money for all expensive). Compare to another institution fees is low as well as teaching also very very worst.our subject knowledge as well as freshers subject knowledge same. Staff are only speaking not for action. No one should join after seeing the reviews, it is fake information. Most of the good reviews is more then 5 years not resently. It's only for upsc classes. Thank you so much for @Venkat sir BY YOUR ACADEMIC STUDENTS
I joined this IAS academy a year ago, and it has been a truly enriching experience. The faculty members are highly knowledgeable and dedicated, always ready to clarify doubts and guide students in the right direction. Their structured approach, quality study materials, and regular test series really helped me improve my preparation. The management is supportive, and the environment is very motivating — everyone here genuinely wants to see you succeed. I’m grateful for the guidance and encouragement I’ve received throughout my journey. Highly recommended for anyone serious about cracking the civil services exam!
SA IAS academy provides a supportive and inspiring learning environment with highly dedicated faculty and staff who truly care for each student’s growth and success. The curriculum focuses on innovative teaching methods, ensuring students excel both academically and artistically. Small batch sizes allow for personalized attention, and the emphasis on holistic development prepares students for real-world challenges as confident, active, and responsible individuals. Modern infrastructure, clean facilities, and a vibrant array of extracurricular activities make this academy the ideal choice for anyone seeking a well-rounded educational experience. Highly recommended for those who value quality education and a nurturing atmosphere where every child can shine. Thank you so much to venkat sir ....
Reply for Hari Dear Venkat Sir, * M****e Sir taught Environment, Biodiversity, and Science & Technology but later resigned from the institution. * V*****t Sir's Subjects: You taught Polity, Governance, Ancient History, Modern History, and International Relations (only a few topics). * P***** Sir's Subjects: He taught Physical Geography, Science & Technology, and Economics (12 Classes =10 prilims+2 mains) * C-SAT and World History: Hari Senior Brother taught C-SAT and World History. We raised complaints, and the World History classes (only 5 classes were conducted) were stopped. * World History / IR Transition: You stated you would also teach World History. Before starting IR, you dedicated one class to explaining the Cold War and World War II. You mentioned that IR would begin once World History was complete. Not for UPSC. * Current Faculty: Currently, the faculty consists only of V***** Sir, P***** Sir, and H*** Senior Brother. #You challenged saying ("I will challenge you! I am the best teaching in ethics class in Coimbatore). Why can't you teach ethics class?" * You started the Ethics and Society class about a month ago. * Our super senior students joined our Ethics and Society classes. If you have already completed the course/portion then why are the seniors also joining our class for Ethics and Society? #Preliminary Tests: Preliminary tests are conducted every week (Friday or Monday), but they do not meet the UPSC standard. * Full-Length Tests: Not a single full-length test was conducted. * Mains Preparation: Many subjects are taught only from a preliminary examination point of view, not the mains perspective. * Mains Tests: Only two Mains tests were properly conducted: one on a few topics from World History and one on a few topics from Polity. # The standard of coaching suggests this institution is primarily for TNPSC coaching, not UPSC. We feel disadvantaged and disappointed. * My total loss (fees + food + room rent + transport) amounts to 2.25 lakhs. * The institution does not provide a library or access to standard reference books for all subjects. *NCERT books are not available. * Wi-Fi access is restricted only to students in the study hall, not to all students. *There are no facilities for student bike parking. *The institution lacks a mentorship program or dedicated mentors. *Classes do not consistently to a strict time schedule (no time-keeping in class). *There is no daily discussion of the newspaper/current affairs after the completion of classes. # * Study Materials: The study materials are not up to standard and are outdated. Specifically, there are no materials for Ethics and Art and Culture. #This is the consolidated feedback from me and my friends. I have joined another institution and my friends have finance problem so he work the sve the money then will join him after completing 18 months at SA Academy. We have seen the recent increase in good reviews, but we take them seriously as well, for the benefit of our juniors. One question for good reviews: How many students cleared the last UPSC Prelims and the Naan Mudhalvan exam from your institution? "We will definitely come front of you not today but oneday." Thank you, Venkat Sir and Shruthi Madam
Worst academy because no timings are followed class are started around 11:30a.m no punctuality interval timing is nearly 1/2hr (tea break) If you want to blame your parents you Just join this academy Partiality rombaaaa paapanga among students they don't give solution. Material quality is very low just printed in A4 sheet with stapler pin not proper spiral Material 18k tnpsc and 90k for UPSC fee but Material are same quality and mainly Guys I only reviewed upsc, not about others and Questions are taken from AI if you search the topic you will wrote it.
