HONEST REVIEW I took admission here for both Class 11 and 12, and my experience has been extremely disappointing. First of all, the Class 11 syllabus was not even completed on time, despite repeated assurances. I had also enrolled for their computer classes because, when I visited the coaching with my parents for the first time, they clearly told us that computer classes were held in the same branch. Later, I found out that these classes were conducted in another branch altogether. When I decided to cancel the class, they refused to refund my money. A lady from the management even raised her voice and said that "GST cannot be refunded." If I never took the service, why was GST deducted? My ₹18,000 was simply wasted, and my father chose not to argue further because of their behaviour. The management here is unbelievably poor. They announce a class at 3:00 PM and then send a message at 3:10 PM on the app saying the class is cancelled. What about students who travel 1–1.5 hours for a single class? They have zero respect for other people’s time. The coaching only cares about money, nothing else. Even their app is terrible. Even if you keep notifications ON, half the time the alerts don’t even show. There is absolutely no coordination between teachers and management. I also enrolled in their CUET batch and chose to pay in instalments. But before the batch even started, they kept calling and messaging repeatedly until I was forced to pay the full ₹13,000. They told us the CUET batch would start at the end of August, but it actually started in November — a complete delay with no proper explanation. The teachers they had shown during counseling were not even the teachers who taught the batch. My entire ₹13,000 was wasted again. This coaching only makes big promises and shows a glamorous image on social media, but in reality, nothing is like what they advertise. They even use a YouTuber who makes "honest review" videos that are completely misleading. I had watched his video before joining, and I regret believing it. Also, do not trust their Google Maps reviews. Many of those 5-star ratings are fake. They often give food to students and then ask them to give a positive review, which creates a completely misleading picture of the institute My honest advice: do not trust their social media promotions. My experience here has been entirely negative.
