I did a total of about 5–6 hours of classes at Chaitanya Yoga School, and honestly, I wish I had had more time to take even more classes because they were really good. The guru, Ashish Tandon, and all the staff are extremely friendly and welcoming, and they taught me so much. I was specifically looking to learn more about yoga for concentration and focus, and they took the time to explain the limbs of yoga in a very clear and meaningful way. That day, they also taught me 6–7 different pranayama techniques, which were incredibly helpful. I learned a meditation focused on working with all the chakras, as well as a powerful concentration exercise where I had to focus on a candle flame for 20 minutes. They later taught me cyclic meditation and were kind enough to write everything down on paper for me, which I really appreciated. Since I often experience back pain, I asked for guidance, and during the private classes they taught me around 15 different poses specifically to help improve my back. The private sessions were very spot on and adapted exactly to my needs. I felt really good while I was there, both physically and mentally, and I truly learned a lot. I hope to see them again soon. I highly recommend this place!

The yoga class was a truly refreshing and uplifting experience. The instructor was clear, supportive, and created a calm, welcoming atmosphere for all levels. The flow was well-balanced, combining strength, flexibility, and relaxation, leaving me feeling both energized and peaceful. I would definitely recommend this class to anyone looking to reconnect with their body and mind.

I did a really good Hatha class with guru ji Ashish Tandon, nice studio with fresh air, would highly recommend!

We had a great first real meditation experience, the yogi adapted his session for us and we had an hour and half of a very great time. We loved it and we recommend!

The center offers good yoga training. My experience with home training for the last 6 months has been very satisfying. Deepika, the trainer, is very patient and knowledgeable, and has been gently guiding me to strengthen my core and improve flexibility. She ensures there is no undue strain anywhere, and makes rhe classes a pleasant experience. I feel confident that she is always in touch with Ashish Sir, to address anything that needs further expertise or experienced advice.

Helpful info: they have classes in the morning (6to7, 7to8,8to9,9to10am) and in the evening (4to5, 5to6, 6to7, 7to8 pm), they are also very responsive on their WhatsApp number for any inquiry. We paid 500 rupees per person each class.
