Been here for 3 months. 1. The chairs are comfy 2. The lights are adequate 3. The table sizes are adequate 4. The power plugs are stable 5. The dining/discussion hall is big enough for lunch, discussions and work. ❌CONS 1. CEILING IS EXTREMELY FLAKY AND KEEP DROPPING THE PAINT FLAKES BELOW, CREATING A MESS. ❌ 2. The restrooms are borderline OK, the urine stalls are fine, but enough cleaning is not done. 3. Extremely conservative about the AC timings, regardless of the weather.
