Service of the support team is worst. They don't answer calls, read massages. Its so difficult to connect with the people. And if you face any problem regarding the classes , you are just stuck. No one is there in the academy to help you

Teachers at Ekatvam are absolutely fantastic. No doubt about it............ Teachers show us what exactly the reality is apart from the theory world. Their experiences help us lot in guiding through right direction. However, the issue which I have been facing since start of batch is the online setup. It is really pathetic and needs to be improved badly. I have to contact the technical team every alternate day and keep waiting for their reply. Hats off to them as well for getting back at the earliest. But the problem becomes more difficult when the team is not working

The overall teaching is amazing and the process of ordering and updates regarding dispatch of books is great. Only the area of improvement is "the software", its really tough to rewind the lecture for few seconds back, screens gets blacked out and the software pops not responding.

It's more than 10 days since I ordered the ca final dt book set of Vijay sarda sir from ekatvam academy...and have not updated for its delivery... technical team is not responding and coorporating properly. Regretting why I ordered it from this site. While ordering it...it was available but after that till now team is saying it's out of stock....very disappointing behaviour from the team. Guys before ordering from this site pls check twice because of the mismanagement at ekatvam academy.
