Brilliance College

A few years back after my son passed out 12th from Sainik School we visited Brilliance College Pala for admission in MBBS coaching. After standing in queue for more than 2-3 hours my son reached their desk. After seeing his marksheet they informed us that he has only 89.8 % combined in Boilogy, chemistry & Physics and their benchmark for admission is 90% and above. After seeing the disappointment in my son's face, I requested them to consider as a special case since he has not been provided any tuition or special tuition being a boarding student of Sainik School, but the staff there behaved very rudely and asked us to get out of there. They also did not allow us to see the Director. Any way he joined Prof. PC Thomas coaching centre Thrissur where there is no benchmark for admission and cracked entrance exam with high marks and got admission among the the top 5 medical college in India, AFMC Pune. What make a student to crack medical entrance is not the coaching centre but the discipline and hardwork the student applied for preparing for it. Brilliance Pala is getting good result in the entrance only because of their admission of students with high percentage of marks in 12th and NOT their proficiency in coaching.
