Working at Finland International School has been a truly comfortable and fulfilling experience. From the very beginning, I found it easy to adjust, as my colleagues have always been cooperative, supportive, and helpful. The environment here is friendly, free from negative politics, and built on mutual respect, which makes it feel like a close-knit family. I am especially grateful for the care and support I received during my pregnancy. My colleagues were extremely considerate, and because of their constant encouragement and understanding, I was able to continue working comfortably until the day of my delivery. As a teacher, I truly enjoy the academic freedom at FIS. There are no rigid restrictions on teaching methods; the priority is always students’ understanding. This trust and flexibility make teaching here both enjoyable and meaningful.

Finland International School is an exceptional place for young children to begin their educational journey. The school is dedicated to creating a warm and engaging environment where each child feels valued and supported. The curriculum is thoughtfully designed to encourage both academic growth and social development through hands-on activities and play-based learning.

Worst school I have ever come across. They sack teachers and don't think about the future of the students. They appoint teachers and after 6 months they force to quit the school in the mid of the session when it becomes so difficult to get another job. The school only sucks money and don't take care of the building or the playground. It should close down very soon. The Principal is spine less. He misbehaves teachers left, right and centre. Request all to avoid to admit your child or even teachers rather to be unemployed rather to join here.

Recently there was a sports day at Athons club , Kalidas. And it was nicely done... Well organized !!

I feel truly fortunate to experience Finland International School from two very special roles—as a teacher and as a parent. FIS Thane is doing excellent in all the fields especially giving a lot of exposure to children. Very nicely planned and organized Academic programs .
