I joined this institute for bank exam preparation with the expectation of a 2-hour daily program covering GK, English, Maths, and Reasoning. However, the classes usually lasted only about an hour, focused mainly on Maths or Reasoning, and the other subjects were not covered. The study material provided was very basic and nowhere close to the level required for bank exams. I was also made to believe there was a proper batch running, but I later realized I was the only student in the slot. Despite paying ₹11,000 for 5 months, I had to discontinue after 2 months due to both quality issues and a change in my office timings. I requested a partial refund considering the genuine circumstances, but it was flatly denied. Overall, my experience was disappointing, and I would advise future students to carefully evaluate before joining.
