The class has been a very good experience. All the staff there are very experienced and helpful. Manager of PFR branch MR.RAJNISH SIR scolds but gives very good advice and guidance. This institute is number 1 in Patna for competitive exams and will always remain so.

If you are looking for your career in govt job for SSC and banking, then is the best option, ....all the teachers are actually genuine and the faculty `Rajnish sir` is very hard working and supportive. Come to the institute and see the reality.

To the so called best competative exam preparation institute- Mahindra. Specially the Frazer Road Patna Branch. I helped my sister to take admission to this branch, but this branch was only welcoming while we took admission, they made the admission process smooth when it comes to take the fees from us. Even Without allowing us to read the whole terms and conditions they just told us to sign those admission documents immediately. But when my sister had some genuine reason to discontinue the class in the same month and asked for the refund excluding the amount of few attended classes and books provided till that time, initially they showed the concern to help us but i think they had only concerns to show. No empathy was there. They were only providing different dates to visit the branch to resolve the issue but they tried to retain us so that they could keep the fees and go on with their monthly sales targets. I would like to name the person who was enthusiastically helpful while taking admission but when the real support was required he stopped taking calls not only from the registered but also from the unregistered ones, he also made us wait for long hours in the branch just to discuss the same issue that was conveyed multiple times. Even sometimes without visiting him we returned back many a times. In this he and all the administration staffs who were entertaining such scenarios. His name is Mr.Rajnish. He claimed himself as the Branch Manager. So I think Mr Rajnish you must be really happy keeping and making money out of our parent's hard earned. I don't know this would help me or not but I was forced to write this as i have waited months to get the help but no call was taken. Hope this may help those who expected such support in future from this branch or institute.

Best place for government exams preparation. Faculties are at another level. One can easily understand the course and muse it. It also has the facility for online and offline test features, one the best features provided by Mahendra's. Easily accessible by private or public transport. Also have parking facility. Security cameras are there. Overall best place to study.

Very bad management.....and faculties was not good they all are made fool all new students.....I am visiting first time in Mahendra Frazer road .....not good institute for all competitive exam .....infact those students who were prepare in this institute they will worse your future......all teachers are come to the class and start time pass.....
