Arpina Yoga

Me and daughter both been learning yoga from Avni's Arpina yoga, and it’s been a wonderful experience. She is highly knowledgeable and attentive, tailoring each session to individual needs, including body type and any medical concerns. Avni herself is so calm and gratifying person, which adds a soothing energy to every class. Her sessions have helped me improve both physically and mentally. Highly recommended for anyone looking to practice yoga safely and effectively.

I would like to acknowledge the efforts of Ms. Avni in making every Yoga class a energetic and fun environment. She is a very pleasant and understanding instructor who listens to your issues and instructs the yoga poses accordingly. Even though I am in a group class she is still able to provide individual attention to every person. The focus on breathwork and pranayam at the end of every class is very refreshing.
