Frankfinn is one of the best places to start your aviation journey. The trainers are very supportive and knowledgeable. They not only teach you about aviation but also help you improve your personality, communication skills, and confidence. The grooming sessions and interview preparations really helped me a lot. The environment is friendly, and you get to meet people from different backgrounds which makes learning more interesting. I’m truly thankful to the entire Frankfinn team for guiding me throughout my training and helping me become a better version of myself. Highly recommended for anyone who dreams of working in the aviation industry!

I joined Frankfinn Institute of Air Hostess Training, Kochi after seeing their "World’s No.1" claims and the strong airport placement promises they gave during admission. But after completing the course, the reality was completely different. There was almost no proper update or support for ground staff or airline jobs. At most, they showed 1 or 2 airport-related interview options just to convince students, but the rest of the placements were entirely hotel-related. In reality, they pushed students only towards hotel vacancies — mainly F&B and Front Office — and almost nothing genuinely connected to airports or airlines. Their promises during admission and the actual placements do not match at all. I joined trusting their reputation, but now it feels like a loss. Students should be fully aware of this before joining.

Worst Institute – Total Waste of Time and Money I completely wasted my time and money at Franklin Institute. I got a random call from them after 3 years asking whether I am placed or not. When I joined and paid my first admission fee, they clearly promised "100% placement." But after joining, they made me sign a contract stating "no job guarantee." This is misleading and dishonest. I did not get any good job through them. I am not blaming all the teachers, but the management and promises made were completely false. If there was an option to give zero stars, I would have chosen that. Unfortunately, I can only give one star. This was a very bad experience for me. I spent a huge amount of money with the hope of building my career, but it was a total waste. They fooled me with false promises about placement.
