-Best Air Hostess Training Institute in Indore

As a parent, I want to share my honest experience with this aviation coaching institute. We enrolled our child with high hopes, trusting the promises made about aviation and hospitality placements. Unfortunately, most of those promises turned out to be misleading. After taking a fee of ₹1.20 lakh, the institute provided no genuine aviation or hospitality placement support. Instead, they repeatedly directed students toward Teleperformance walk-ins, where any candidate can secure a job on their own with a better package i.e. 21K to 28K—no coaching required. After the course, students were even asked to join a random NGO, where they had to stand at airports and ask passengers for donations. Despite the NGO earning well from this, students received their salary after 1 month and 10 days. When my child raised concerns, the response given by Hardeep was, "I’m sorry, I was not aware," despite being fully aware of these conditions. As parents, we send our children to such institutions hoping for a secure future, not to be misled. The institute does not provide any real aviation or hospitality placements. Airlines like Indigo and others have walk-in interviews that any confident candidate with good communication and hospitality skills can attend directly—coaching is not required for that. Most of the "placements" shown on the Aerodreams website are actually walk-ins conducted by airlines themselves, not jobs provided through the institute. It clearly shows that the owners are more focused on collecting fees than delivering real results. To be very clear: The institute offers only "placement assistance," which simply means telling students about walk-ins that are already publicly available. These are walk-ins anyone can find on airline websites and attend independently. Overall, the institute overpromises and underdelivers, and the return on investment is 0%. I hope this review helps other parents make an informed decision.

Okay so its been 6 months with aerodreams and the best thing i find about this academy is the way of guiding & supporting students throughout the journey.
