I am student of Goldwings Avation , and I had a wonderful opportunity to learn yoga at Goldwings Avation. surya namaskara under the guidance of Dr Chandana Ma’am. Every session was peaceful,the classes were not a physical exercise but also about finding mental clarity and emotional balance. Each session left me feeling more focused, strong, and relaxed. I,m truly grateful for this experience that taught me how yoga contributes to both personal wellness and professional discipline.
