I joined Anand sir's class thinking that it's a typical yoga routine , but to my surprise, it's a very different deal altogether, including not only various mild/intense yogasanas but also a super engaging fast paced cardiovascular workout (+meditation) which has helped increase my strength ,stamina and agility significantly. I have joined AARAV yoga classes. Mr. Anand is the best yoga teacher i have ever had, with amazing energy and positive spirit. Even impossible is possible during his classes. The atmosphere during his course is something you can not explain with words, you just smile.

I started online classes with Aarav Yoga during Covid when all gyms had closed down. Anandji’s one on one sessions with full body workouts have been so good that I don’t feel the need to ever go back to the gym!! Each class is personalized so the workouts are tailored to individual health and fitness goals. Anandji encourages and challenges you to always get to a higher level. This has increased my stamina, strength and confidence. Living in the United States and being able to connect to my homeland with an accomplished instructor like Anandji is an added bonus.
