We (Me and my husband) have Mr. Praveen as our personal Yoga and Fitness Trainer for the past 3 years. He is clear about concepts of disease management with Classic Yoga and also provide training for Power Yoga for Stamina building. He makes the hour of fitness quite interesting using props like Ball exercises, dumbbells and strength training tools. He guides on the diet on weekly basis and believes in managing the disorders using ayurvedic and clean natural diet charts. He is dedicated and enthusiastic and this reflects in our energies after his class. A nice human being and provides training at home 🙂 Must try him and his instructors for your home yoga routine.

I have taken the Therapeutic Yoga service for my mother for diabetes. It was provided by Mr. Praveen. I am quite amazed to see the results in my mom's blood reports. The sugar levels are under control now. It was wonderful experience by Mr. Praveen !!
