Prachi is an amazing artist. She is very skilled at her craft. I have had the most seamless experience with her. She dolled me up for my engagement and reception. I got my mom’s and my makeup for my wedding. She is not bad but she can improve further by accommodating bride’s feedback on the looks rather than forcing her views on the bride or saying we will decide on the looks at that very moment for the price she is charging. Wedding days are special for the bride and the makeup artist should keep it that way. The drapes for the bride for all the days were spot on and I didn’t have to bother all day. It was very comfortable and snug. For my mom, they spoilt the main wedding day look. The drape and the hair was really bad and not upto the mark.The other two looks were good. Also, on the day of the final makeup day, I found myself paying more than anticipated as i was in lot of hurry and she wanted the payment at that moment itself, yet I never received a refund. When I inquired about a refund, I was informed that there had been a cancellation for my mother-in-law's makeup, and thus, they would retain that payment. I would have appreicated if this information would have been communicated beforehand. Furthermore, her trip was not wasted as she was still occupied with my makeup and others. I didn’t find this ethical.

The deep relaxation spa therapy was exactly what i needed . So soothing , unhurried and done with so much care with divya did amazing massage Truly a peaceful ❤️

Such a pretty and aesthetic, luxury salon in East Nagpur ! You get a nice luxe feeling as soon as you enter, the view from salon is really beautiful and pleasant. Coming to the services, top notch. The staff is professionally trained there and kind.
