Very very bad experience I have .. basically I attended 4 classes of Verbal and only 1 class of Quant. I had attended a demo only for Verbal, not for Quant. Based on the verbal demo, I assumed that the Quant teaching would also be of similar quality. Unfortunately, I was completely wrong. After attending just one Quant class, I was very dissatisfied with the teaching quality. The explanation was unclear, unstructured, and did not meet basic expectations. Because of this, I requested Mr. George to either change the Quant trainer or allow me to discontinue the Quant part. Instead of understanding my concern, he forced me to continue attending the Quant classes and completely declined my request for a refund, We had paid ₹48,000 , and despite genuine issues, they refused to refund even a partial amount. This made it very clear that their priority is money, not student satisfaction or learning. Mr. George’s behaviour was extremely rude and highly unprofessional. He spoke harshly, made personal comments, and showed no respect while communicating. His attitude clearly reflected that he does not care about students, only about earning money. In my experience, their practices felt misleading and unethical. Recently, during a phone call, he even threatened me regarding my visa, claiming political support. This was shocking, inappropriate, and completely unacceptable for any educational institute. I also want to highlight that during initial conversations and enrolment, they speak very politely, but once the fees are paid, the behaviour changes drastically and they will be very very rude with you . This is the most unprofessional institute I have come across.
