WORST EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!! Extremely disappointing experience. We applied for my mom’s UK visitor visa through them, and it was refused due to major errors on their part. They submitted inaccurate documents, including showing her business as recently registered despite it being active for nearly two years. The entire application was mishandled. Communication was terrible — we had to call repeatedly just to get someone to respond. Even their so-called boss/sir/owner was unaware of the refusal until we informed them, and they showed no interest in addressing the issue. Completely unprofessional and a waste of money. They seem to have no real expertise in visa services — it feels like they just Google things and submit whatever they find. Honestly, they should stick to IELTS classes because visa handling is clearly not their strength. Deeply disappointed.
