Their team was professional, responsive, and clear about each step of the process. The waiting time for certain updates could be shorter, and they can offer more detailed explanations for first-time applicants. But overall, the service quality was reliable and efficient.

I’m writing this with a very heavy heart, as my experience with Pyramid eServices, Jalandhar in 2022 completely shattered my dreams and peace of mind. Because of their poor guidance, negligence, and irresponsible handling, I suffered mentally and financially for more than a year. My husband and I got married with the dream of settling abroad, and we trusted Pyramid eServices to guide us through this process. Unfortunately, that was one of the biggest mistakes of our lives. Staff involved: • Natasha Madam • Sukhjeet • Simar (Filling Department) • Tarunjot (who left the office right before my file was about to be lodged) They gave me a list of study programs that were not even related to my previous degree, which later became the main reason for my visa refusal. My profile was strong — with over 3 years of NOC experience and an overall 7 bands in IELTS — yet they ruined it completely through wrong course selection and lack of responsibility. After taking extra payments for the offer letter, filing, and tuition fees, they made us sign on a stamp paper stating that they are not responsible for any refusal or fee issues. Like many others, we signed it helplessly, with eyes full of hope and dreams for a better future. We were living far from Jalandhar but still visited the office almost daily, only to face constant delays and false assurances. After my September 2022 refusal, they told me to apply for May intake, and then again pushed it to September, saying seats were full. I cant forget they acted like they talked to dean infront of me and i cried like child and my husband was wiping off my tears. By then, I had already lost 1.8 years of my IELTS validity, all because of their delays and mismanagement. When I decided to switch to another immigration consultant, they delayed my fee refund on purpose, so I couldn’t move forward. I even emailed Loyalist College, and they told me that refunds can only be processed through the agent, not directly to me — which made me lose even more time and around ₹2 lakh in total. And to make it worse — they charged me around ₹6,000 for CAIPS notes, while later I found out that the actual cost is only $20–25 CAD. This clearly shows how they overcharge and take advantage of clients who don’t know the real process. There were nights when we both couldn’t sleep — I still remember wiping my husband’s tears when they made us feel completely broken and depressed. The pain they caused us is unforgettable, and I can never forgive them for that. After a long struggle, I finally got my refund and moved my case to a reputed immigration office in Nawanshahr. With their proper guidance, I got my visa approved and successfully enrolled in a recognized university. I’m sharing this because I don’t want anyone else to go through what I did. Please be careful before trusting Pyramid eServices, especially their Jalandhar branch. They play with people’s dreams, time, and hard-earned money. My husband always told me not to write this review, but today I finally did — because the pain and stress they caused me should never happen to anyone else.
