The staffs are very cooperative and friendly and Sir speaks with each student personally to understand their weak and strong points and guides accordingly. He is not only a teacher but also a guide and guardian to his students. His way of teaching is unique which helps us to think and understand topics from different point of views, which I am absolutely sure will be very helpful in the long run. UPSC is one of the toughest exams of India and having a mentor who supports you, guides you and boosts your confidence constantly is important. I have been a part of this institute past 10 months and still continuing.Firstly, would like to mention about the faculty, Director Sir has been truly a guiding force among all the students .I personally believe he is not a teacher but more like a mentor and parent to all of us.The way of his teaching is really very commendable and enriching.I did not have any confidence in myself intially but through his motivation and encouragement i have been trying to do well.UPSC is being regarded as the toughest exam of our country but through this institute ,i'm sure you all are gonna love the course and enjoy reading it which will definitely make one intellectual as Sir says,"like Gandhi." For applicants to the WBCS and UPSC, IMPULSE is the perfect institution. The Institute is a great place to learn, and I enjoy the classrooms there. Sir has a very sincere disposition. Every year Impulse gets success in  Civil Service examinations, I know this because I am a student here for the last few years.
