My experience with PW has been really good. Everything is well organised and easy to understand. The support and guidance are helpful, which makes the overall journey smooth and stress-free. Tejas Umak was polite and supportive. Overall, I’m satisfied with PW.

PW team repond me , reach out my number ,useless team i placed my order and its been 15 days i dont know what happend to these idiotic team . All the numbers that is displayed as customer care are fake , i am not even getting any call rrgarding update of my order . When i was surfing pw store they were so nice and was convincing me harder to purchase their classes .. I purchased books from store for my exams .its been 20 days not even getting any update regarding that , Dont have a proper channel to contact them .. Useless team , when they want to sell their product they talk loke removing Hair from butter. .but after purchase not even contact us and not even give any updates ... You people doing business for money ,im totally dissatisfied

Best institute in pune. For JEE - best faculty and satisfactory teaching skills.

Faculty is very nice and experienced. The student support team is also very active.

Sept 23 - 2025 Hi PW As per your reply to my review first you promised to return my registration amount. Subsequently you edited the comment and made it that it's under investigation. Normally how much time do you take to investigate ill behaviour of your staff with the students and parents? If you want I can come and talk to the responsible, I think his name is Mr Bhattacharya from FC road branch. Isn't it disgusting that you misbehave, and you make false promises August 09 - 2025 PW has still not refunded my money as promised. Now they are calling me and offering ₹54K discount. But they are not taking into consideration that already 4 months study has been lost. PW Pune is all about money and blaming the students. There's a new incharge Mr Bhattacharya in FC road Pune. If you are reading this review by chance, please contact me in person July 13 - 2025 They had said in the last reply that they are investigating and will refund my money after that. Still nobody from the physicswallah Pune has contacted me. I hope they will soon refund my money as per their promise. June 26 - 2025 I went to their branch for follow up. The treatment was pathetic. Nobody was ready to take responsibility. At last I was told Abhijit Bhattacharya will call me and resolve the issue. After ten days even, no call, no contact. I'm persuing this issue coz PW has openly promised to return my money. If I don't do this, people reading the below review will misunderstand and think positive about PW. Whereas I'm trying to tell everyone reading this that PW is a total fraud. Don't waste your time and money They will blame your son or daughter at the end of exam June 16 - 2025 Physicswallah has still not returned the money as promised by them. Now they have stopped receiving my calls. The person attending the support number under the review doesn't have any knowledge or authority of the ongoing issue. I had contacted physicswallah on April 19th, then they had promised that batch will start on May. Half the June is over, still they aren't sure about the batch dates. They are simply behind the money. Students and parents, please don't waste your money and valuable time with physicswallah. At the end of day physicswallah will definitely blame your son or daughter. They won't take responsibility June 9-2025 Hi Physicswallah We are waiting for the refund of ₹5000 as promised in your reply to my review. May 26-2025 My son gave PW scholarship exam in an ethical way. I've heard students cover the camera and use gemini to give the scholarship test and try to get concession in the fees. On the other side he was sort of demotivated, humiliated by the PW Kothrud lady councellor. when she heard my son's jee mains score, which is low, her gesture and the smile some thousand words. she should have encouraged and motivated saying, PW will definitely help you improving this score..... Or frankly said, we can't give you admission. Worst ever experience I had. Don't go by the name at all. Pune mangement is the worst, unprofessional, unethical. Already there are bad reviews on Google. But the justification given is that, the students who fail, that give bad ratings. But I have not even taken the admission, then also my opinion about physicswallah Pune is BAD only. They claim that they have IIT passout, but they don't have. They don't have clear teaching plan. Please observe minutely that during initial discussion, the person meeting you will stress on the ac classes, smart board, mobile app, attendance, traceability of the student. But nowhere they focus on the quality staff and the results. The boys and girls who topped the entrance exams, and are published in their brochure, are already printed on 10 different academy brochure. So don't waste your money, instead you go for any private local academy where you can get better results They have taken ₹5000/- from me also, which they are not returning. I'd give ZERO rating. After seeing this review PW sales persons will definitely tell you some stories, but don't fall prey to them.

Are there any pw upsc offline centre for upsc preparation. If not I kindly request PW team to start upsc offline coaching centre in pune for all upsc aspirants
